Our Process
Two stages. No shortcuts.
Every pair is inspected at the source and then reviewed by an independent third-party authentication provider before it reaches you.
Supplier Inspection
The pair is physically inspected at the source for condition, construction, materials, labels, packaging and visible inconsistencies.
Independent Authentication
After passing supplier inspection, the pair is sent to an independent third-party authenticator. Dispatch only occurs after approval.
What We Check
Every detail matters.
Verification considers the complete product, not just one label or one individual feature.
Materials
The texture, finish, shape and quality of the materials are reviewed against expected product standards.
Construction
Stitching, panel placement, proportions, glue lines and other construction details are examined.
Labels & Packaging
Size labels, product codes, box labels, accessories and packaging details are checked for consistency.
Independent Review
A separate authentication provider completes the final review before the pair is approved for dispatch.
If Verification Fails
We do not send it.
If a pair does not pass verification, it will not be dispatched to you. We will contact you and provide the available resolution options.
