Authenticity & Verification
We don't take “authentic” for granted. Every KYRO order clears a two-step process before it reaches you:
1. On-Site Inspection: Our supplier physically checks every pair at the source for quality and tags. If it doesn't pass inspection, it never leaves the warehouse.
2. Independent Third-Party Verification: Once the supplier confirms the pair is legitimate, it's sent directly to our independent third-party verifier. Only after the certificate of authenticity is issued does it ship to you.
Wide Feet & High Arches?
If you usually find shoes tight on the sides, we suggest sizing up by 0.5 EU. It's the safest way to ensure comfort without the squeeze.
Before You Order
Because every pair is sourced specifically for you from overseas, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing errors. Once the authentication certificate is issued, the sale is final. Double check your CM measurement before ordering, and we'll handle the rest.
